  • Simon is a qualified Trade Mark Attorney and well known in the Intellectual Property field.  He has a strong sense of business and what it means to a client to be effectively represented.  Simon’s expertise in Trade Marks over 25 years has taught him that a client needs not just a cold legal appraisal of their Trade Mark rights, but what is the best business focused solution for a client to protect their rights and their reputation. He has vast experience and holds recognised knowledge in all aspects of Trade Mark law and practice in Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe.  Simon is the President of the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.
