Jonathan Dawson- General Manager, Bia Ganbreise.

  • Jonathan has worked in The Bakery Industry for 17 years as a baker, café owner and bakery manager. He now runs Bia Ganbreise, a dedicated Gluten Free contract bakery which produces cereals, biscuits and mixes for numerous Irish Food companies. Bia also produces it’s own range of products (Bias Brownies and The Gookies Range).
