    I have an honours degree in Food Science from UCC and am a qualified chef, trained in classic french cuisine, in CIT’s Professional Cookery- Total Immersion Programme.
    I am currently enrolled in UCC’s Ignite programme, where I am setting up my first company, Fruit3 (Fruitcubed).
